We keep the Bodworx returns and refunds policy as simple as possible because we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience.

Our returns and refunds policy offers you a full refund (minus shipping costs) or exchange if you contact us within 30-days of receiving your order.

Refunds

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, if you receive a refund, the original shipping costs we paid to ship your order will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns found to be defective are eligible for replacement, within 30-days of purchase. and must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Returns for Refund or Exchange

To return your product, you should mail your product to us at the address below, with a copy of the original invoice, and an explanation of the problem if the item is not working properly.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
